HubSpot Integration

What RevMighty does inside your CRM.

RevMighty is an AI sales coaching layer for HubSpot. It reads deal context from your CRM, generates personalized next-step recommendations for account executives, and writes the results back as custom properties on contacts and deals.

Overview

What the app does

RevMighty analyses the conversation history, deal progression, and stakeholder activity for each prospect, then produces two outputs: a chronological contact summary that captures the full relationship, and an AI-generated next-step recommendation for the account executive handling the deal.

All AI-generated content is stored on custom properties in your HubSpot portal. The app does not replace HubSpot features or duplicate them — it augments the CRM with coaching insights that are otherwise not present.

Installation

How to install

Sign in to RevMighty and confirm your HubSpot portal ID.
Click the OAuth install link provided by the RevMighty team.
Authorize the requested scopes on the HubSpot consent screen.
The app is immediately active — no additional configuration is required inside HubSpot.

Installation typically takes under 60 seconds. To uninstall, revoke the app from HubSpot Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps.

Permissions

Scopes and why they are needed

CRM read access — crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.companies.read, crm.objects.deals.read, crm.objects.owners.read, crm.objects.users.read, crm.schemas.*.read.

These are used to fetch the contact, company, deal, and owner records that make up the deal context. RevMighty only reads records that are already associated with an active deal in your portal.

CRM write access — crm.objects.contacts.write, crm.objects.deals.write, crm.objects.custom.write, crm.schemas.*.write.

These are used to write AI-generated summaries and recommendations to custom properties. No existing HubSpot properties are modified.

Conversations — conversations.read, conversations.write.

Used to associate logged email and LinkedIn conversations with the correct contact and deal. RevMighty does not initiate conversations on your behalf.

Sales email — sales-email-read.

Used to read email threads associated with the deal so the AI can reference actual conversation content when generating summaries. Read-only.

Data flow

How a request is processed

RevMighty receives a webhook from HubSpot when a contact or deal property changes.
The app fetches the associated contact, company, deal, and conversation records.
Context is sent to our AI provider for summarization and next-step generation.
The result is written back to custom properties on the contact or deal.
Optionally, the account executive is notified through the RevMighty browser extension.
Custom properties written

Properties created inside your portal

  • Contact properties — contact_summary, recent_contact_summary, conversation_suggestions, email_sentiment, why_unpromising, last_linkedin_message.
  • Deal properties — recent_deal_summary, ai_recommendation, summary_prompt.
  • Usage tracking — ai_usage_points on the contact, reflecting the AI spend allocated to that prospect.

All properties are namespaced with RevMighty-specific names. No standard HubSpot properties are overwritten.

Data ownership. All data collected and processed by RevMighty belongs to your organization. It is never sold, rented, or shared. Summaries, recommendations, and conversation content remain in your HubSpot portal and your RevMighty workspace only.
