RevMighty collects only what we need to generate personalized sales scripts — and nothing more.
LinkedIn Profile Data
Public profile information visible on the prospect's LinkedIn page — name, headline, experience, and posts. We do not extract private data.
Conversation Threads
LinkedIn DM threads your reps have already initiated. These are read via the extension only when explicitly requested by the user.
CRM Information
Account name, portal ID, and your own LinkedIn URL — provided by you through the extension interface. We never access CRM data without explicit input.
Script Generation Only
All collected data is processed via our backend (n8n) solely to generate personalized sales scripts and suggestions. No other use case.
Processed via n8n. Never sold.
Your data flows through our n8n backend infrastructure for AI processing. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. All data is handled under strict confidentiality and used exclusively for your organization's benefit.
You decide what gets shared.
Every piece of data shared with RevMighty is explicitly controlled through the extension interface. Reps choose which personalization options to enable — website, profile, thread, or CRM context — on a per-request basis. Nothing is collected silently.
You control your data. Always.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of anything inaccurate, to request deletion of your data, and to export your data in a portable format. These rights apply to all data collected through the RevMighty platform, including data retrieved from connected services such as Zoom, HubSpot, and Slack.
Zoom data deletion in under 24 hours. If you want your Zoom data — meeting metadata, transcripts, and derived coaching scores — permanently deleted from our database, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete the deletion within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive a written confirmation once the deletion is complete.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We respond to all data rights requests within one business day, and we never charge a fee for reasonable requests.
Enterprise-level security. All your calls, emails, and LinkedIn DMs data have enterprise-level security and are not used for any global training — they are only used for your own sales org.
