Email us and we handle the rest
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the email address on the account. Refunds are processed within 5 business days, and the amount is returned to the original payment method.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the billing portal, and the subscription will not renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded after the initial 30-day window.
Annual subscriptions
Refunds are available within 30 days of the annual purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are not refundable, but you can cancel to prevent renewal for the next year.
Monthly credits vs. purchased top-ups
Monthly credits included with your plan renew each billing cycle, do not carry over, and are not refundable on their own.
Purchased top-up credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase if none of them have been consumed. Once any credits from a top-up pack have been used, that purchase is not refundable.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will resolve it directly.
